# Pocket360

> Pocket360 (also called P360) is an online account management tool, not a lender in its own right. It provides customers of Cash Store, Check `n Go, Xact, and other affiliated brands with secure, self-service access to their existing loan accounts. Pocket360 does not originate loans or make credit decisions; it manages accounts for loans already originated by the respective brand (or its lending partner).

## What Pocket360 Does

- View loan details, payment due dates, and loan history (including past loans for returning customers).
- Make secure, fee-free payments by debit card.
- Set up autopay.
- Check refinance eligibility (where applicable).
- Review and submit account documents.
- Check the status of a loan application.
- Secured with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for account login.

## Who Uses Pocket360

Pocket360 is a shared account management platform used across multiple affiliated lending brands, including:

Each brand's customers log in to the same Pocket360 platform to manage their account with that specific brand. Pocket360 itself does not set loan terms, interest rates, or eligibility criteria — those are determined by the originating brand or lender for each individual loan.

## Access

- New users enroll through their originating brand's website through the application process before logging in directly at pocket360.com going forward. Retail users can enroll directly on p360 website (https://account.pocket360.com/enrollment)
